The HCN Roster
In addition to providing a service to humanitarian organizations, The HCN was created as a way of providing coaches with a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, richly diverse and highly complex work environment. Since the launch of The HCN in 2013, over 250 coaches have joined the roster and are actively contributed to its refinement and growth.
What is expected of HCN coaches?
Must be an ICF-certified coach. (Coaches enrolled in an accredited certification program may also be considered.)
Provide four hours of pro bono coaching to at least one client.
- Regularly update their HCN profile. (Provided to coaches once accepted to the roster)
What support does The HCN provide?
Personalized support and supervision
Webinar sessions to provide updates, information and guidance to The HCN roster.
Personal profile page and coaching log for each coach.
